Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and nice rooms, although the hallway on the 2nd floor had a slight smoke smell. The service was exceptional with very considerate staff treating me like family. The location was wonderful, close to key attractions like the Himalayas Aromas Indian cafe and the Philbrook Museum. The dining options were minimal but the staff was friendly. Overall, a great value for the money.
Arriving at the hotel, I found the location to be the only good thing, near must-visit places like Himalayas Aromas Indian cafe and the Philbrook Museum. The room, right beside the kitchen, wasn't ready, and the fridge was a bit difficult to access, but at least it was empty. The service, though trying their best, felt lacking in friendliness, with long waits at the front desk. Dining was okay but not suitable for special dietary needs. Despite some downsides, the hotel was clean and neat, quiet, and conveniently located around Tulsa metro; hopefully, management will improve it soon.
I felt like part of the family at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, close to the places we wanted to visit like the Himalayas Aromas Indian cafe and the Philbrook Museum. The only downside was the noise from the AC unit in the room.
